Does Ohio Transfer move across the country?
Although we occasionally do work in Nevada and Arizona, we do not travel cross country. We do, however, provide referrals for moving companies that do.

Does Ohio Transfer move furniture or safes?
We specialize in moving heavy machinery and large safes.  We do not move furniture such as mattresses or sofas.

Does Ohio Transfer have a warehouse with storage?
We do have 30,000 square foot available for storage that is billed per square foot. We also have insurance for an additional fee. Insurance is calculated based on the value of the machinery and/or equipment.”

Can Ohio Transfer provide a quote over the phone?
Depending on the type of move, Ohio Transfer may provide an hourly rate or a flat rate.  
Some moves require an on-site inspection before moving.  In this case, a quote cannot
be provided until the site has been inspected.

What are the office hours?
Our office is open Mon-Fri from 7am- 5pm .

Does Ohio Transfer work on the weekend?
Again, this depends on the type of move and the urgency of the move.

Does Ohio Transfer accept credit cards?
We accept Visa, Mastercard , Discover and American Express.

Is Ohio Transfer insured and bonded?
We do provide certificates of liability insurance upon request.  
We are not bonded.

What kind of terms does Ohio Transfer offer?
First time customers should expect to pay cash on delivery.  
However, upon building a secure business relationship with Ohio Transfer,
customers may apply for credit and receive terms that are applicable.
